He has held senior positions at globally renowned agencies like Energy BBDO, J. Walter Thompson NY, and Ogilvy NY, working with global brands such as Claritin, Bayer Aspirin, and American Express.
As Senior Vice President and Global Client Lead at Energy BBDO, he led groundbreaking initiatives for Bayer’s global brands, including Claritin, Bayer Aspirin, Afrin, and Aleve, driving cross-cultural collaboration and setting a benchmark for global excellence.
At Ogilvy NY, he was pivotal in developing and implementing American Express’ brand strategies globally, overseeing marketing communications for Latin America, Canada, and the Caribbean. He successfully launched multiple co-branded credit cards and insurance offerings, exceeding goals and driving significant growth.
Leading the United States Army business at fluent360, he developed strategies to engage multicultural audiences, spearheading the successful “What’s Your Warrior?” platform. In travel and hospitality,
he led recovery campaigns for the Mexico Tourism Board after the H1N1 flu crisis and rebranding efforts for Honduras.

Outside of work, he enjoys traveling the world with his wife, Adhyari, and their Maltese dog, Sofi. They love learning about different cultures and trying new cuisines. An avid golfer, he also finds joy on the golf course.
Born and raised in Mexico City, Adhyari’s career is a vibrant tapestry of multicultural marketing and global strategic campaign development. Her journey began at Ogilvy & Mather in Mexico City, where she played a key role in the ‘Hello Motto’ campaign, then worked for Olabuenaga Chemistri (Publicis Groupe) managing another global Telecom client (Movistar). Relocating to the US in 2006, she continued to excel, leveraging her deep understanding of diverse audience behaviors to drive client growth in various industries.
Adhyari was instrumental in leading brand campaigns for Kaiser Permanente and Disney Theatrical Group, showcasing her expertise in the healthcare and entertainment sectors. Her strategic vision also extended to the non-profit organization AARP, enhancing its outreach in the Hispanic/Latino market.
In the financial services and telecommunications industries, Adhyari’s leadership in acquisition campaigns and brand asset production has led to significant increases in call volume and sales, particularly with Charter Communications’ Spectrum account.
